DR. ARTHUR GRESEN, M.D.

I’ve been practicing medicine here in Las Vegas for over 40 years. I’m board certified in both General Surgery and Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery. One of my proudest milestones was performing the first heart surgery at Desert Springs Hospital in 1974. Over the years, I’ve helped start multiple cardiac programs throughout Las Vegas, as well as in Bullhead City, Arizona, and Needles, California.

I developed a treatment paradigm for ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysms that is still used today across the city. I also serve as an Associate Clinical Professor for the Nevada School of Medicine, which allows me to share my experience and mentor the next generation of physicians. I completed my cardiovascular and thoracic training at the University of Utah and am a proud graduate of the Mayo Clinic.

Throughout my career, I’ve been involved in a number of medical businesses, from cardiac and general medicine clinics to helping establish Desert Radiology’s Desert Vascular Institute. I’ve always had a passion for diagnostics and bring a wide range of experience to every role I take on. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, hunting, and spending time at the range.

DORINDA GRESEN, R.N.

I’ve been a practicing Registered Nurse here in Las Vegas since 1979, and over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to wear many hats in the medical field—from working as an O.R. Scrub Nurse and Charge Nurse to receiving board certifications in vascular imaging and echocardiography. My background spans internal medicine, orthopedics, neurology, and cardiac care, and I’ve always had a passion for both the science and the artistry of medicine.

In recent years, I’ve found my home in aesthetic medicine. I’m one of the proud owners of Deux Rosé Beauty Refinery, and my focus now is on helping patients age gracefully and feel confident in their skin. I specialize in anti-aging injectable treatments, including Sculptra, PDO Threads, and dermal fillers. My goal is to create natural, balanced results that support each person’s individual beauty and long-term skin health.

Outside of work, I enjoy getting creative through hobbies like sewing, stained glass, woodworking, and even welding. I also love spending time outdoors golfing or playing tennis. With every patient I treat, I bring a wealth of medical experience, a steady hand, and a genuine desire to help you look and feel your best.

LINDSEY BESLOW, NP-C

I started my nursing career in my hometown of Los Angeles, working in Emergency and Trauma care before discovering my passion for aesthetics. I’ve now been a nurse injector for over 10 years and have completed my schooling to become a certified Nurse Practitioner (NP-C), with a focus in aesthetic medicine.

I’m all about blending clinical knowledge with an artistic eye to create natural, balanced results. Some of my favorite treatments to perform are facial balancing with filler and Sculptra, PDO Threads for lifting and contouring, and Tetra CO2 laser for skin renewal. I love that these treatments not only enhance how someone looks, but how they feel about themselves too.

My approach is always detail-focused, results-driven, and personalized to each individual. At the end of the day, I just want my patients to feel confident, refreshed, and like the best version of themselves, and I feel truly lucky to be a part of that journey.

EMILY YOUNG, ADVANCED MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN

I graduated top of my class from the Aveda Institute in 2021 with a certification in esthetics. From the start, I knew this industry was where I was meant to be. Since then, I’ve continued to expand my knowledge through advanced training in lasers, microneedling, chemical peels, and facial techniques—and I’m always eager to keep learning and growing to bring the best to my patients.

I joined the Deux Rosé team in March of 2022, and for me, being an Esthetician is so much more than just a job—it’s something I truly love. Helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin is what drives me every day. I specialize in treatments like SkinPen Microneedling, Morpheus8, Cool Peel CO2, VI Peels, and more, and I always tailor each treatment plan to your unique skin and goals.

I’m known for being warm, detail-oriented, and someone who genuinely cares. My goal is to not only give you great in-office results, but to be a partner in your skin journey, with support, education, and consistency every step of the way. SAMANTHA NEWMAN, ADVANCED MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN

I began my aesthetics journey in California, where I was born and raised. While studying esthetics, I worked at Sephora for four years, which helped me build a strong foundation in skincare and a true love for connecting with people. After becoming a licensed Esthetician, I spent several years working in spa settings, refining my approach to skin health and patient care.

Now, with over eight years of experience, and the past three as an Advanced Medical Aesthetician at Deux Rosé, I specialize in result-driven treatments like SkinPen Microneedling, Cool Peel CO2, Morpheus8, VI Peels, and Hydrafacials. I’m passionate about creating custom treatment plans that help clients feel confident and empowered in their skin. Whether we’re targeting texture, tone, or signs of aging, my goal is always to deliver real, visible results while making you feel cared for every step of the way.

Outside of the treatment room, I love cooking, traveling, making art, and spending time with my two dogs. Helping people feel good in their skin is more than just a job to me, it’s something I truly love to do!
